I am not afriad of tomorrow, for I have seen yesterday and I love today~William Allen White

Mad World

I really like the melancholy ballad of Mad World by Gary Jules, because sometimes, I ask myself those very same questions; “why do I keep running in circles”, “this is a crazy world I am living in”, “all the streets I walk by everyday seem so familiar , yet they feel so strange and unfamiliar”…

My favorite lines:

“I find it hard to tell you, I find it hard to take, when people run in circles, it’s a very very mad world, mad world”

You probably don’t want to listen to it when you’re down or depressed, it’s not a cheery ballad.  Anyway, I thought it would be fun to end this piece with a few words by Gilder Radner:

” Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what’s going to happen next”.
